Embossing MachineUsing embossing machines, raised or sunken
patterns can be imprinted on a variety of surfaces, including paper, cardboard,
leather, cloth, and metal. As pressure is applied, the material's surface is
changed to produce a three-dimensional pattern or texture. Using a die or plate
with a specific design or pattern is necessary for the embossing process.
Between a counter plate or backing plate and the die is the material to be
embossed. The material is deformed to match the die's design as a result of
pressure applied by embossing machines, which presses the die into the
material. These are ideal for printing, packaging, stationery, crafts etc. |
